Mr. Stewart was the perfect example of professionalism. The report he wrote up after the inspection was easy to read, understand and was illustrated perfectly. In addition to pointing out major and minor flaws with the home, Mr. Stewart was willing to give us helpful hints on how best to approach each problem.
Although not part of the written report, Mr. Stewart was excellent at estimating costs for each of the resolutions that we asked him about. I would highly recommend Mr. Stewart to inspect any home.
